Sachant que HL Tauri, l&rsquo;\u00e9toile au centre de ce disque, ne s&rsquo;est form\u00e9e qu&rsquo;il y a un million d&rsquo;ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette image d&rsquo;un disque protoplan\u00e9taire, les sillons sont manifestes, a \u00e9t\u00e9 prise par le r\u00e9seau de t\u00e9lescopes ALMA au Chili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D&rsquo;un diam\u00e8tre de 1500 minutes-lumi\u00e8re, on peut y discerner des d\u00e9tails de 40 minutes-lumi\u00e8re. Observant le rayonnement radio, ALMA a \u00e9t\u00e9 capable de \u00abvoir\u00bb au travers du brouillard de gaz et de poussi\u00e8re qui nous masque HL Tauri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>HL Tauri se trouve \u00e0 environ 450 ann\u00e9es-lumi\u00e8re de la Terre. Ceci n\u2019est pas une vue d\u2019artiste. Ces disques de gaz et de poussi\u00e8re qui ceignent les jeunes \u00e9toiles et dans lesquels les grains de mati\u00e8re s\u2019agglutinent pour former des corps de plus en plus massifs et, \u00e0 terme, des plan\u00e8tes ! Ce que nous voyons ici, pour la premi\u00e8re fois avec un tel niveau de pr\u00e9cision, est bien l\u2019image d\u2019un syst\u00e8me plan\u00e9taire en cours de formation.
